Whether you are a seasoned half-marathoner, or recently began training for your first event, the Frog Hill Half-Marathon in Waynesville, Missouri is bucket list-worthy. Missouri is home to over 50 annual half-marathons but the Frog Hill Half stands out in the crowd.
The 10th Annual Frog Hill Half Marathon and Tadpole10K will take place October 5, 2024 with the Leap Frog 5K at 6pm Friday, October 4, 2024.
Half Marathon 10K & 5k or Challenge
Your choice of 13.1 or 6.2 miles of fun in the Ozarks on Saturday morning, Oct 5th, and a chance to conquer “Superior Hill”!
Plan on attending the Leapfrog 5k Friday night, October 4th to get warmed up, and receive an additional medal! There are a variety of activities to fit any athletic ability – whether you are just starting out or seasoned and seeking a challenge. Complete the 5K on Friday then the 10K or Half on Saturday to get an extra medal and complete the challenge. This is a great 2-day fitness event from strollers to marathon runners!
This is a great race full of family-friendly fun. The Leapfrog 5k takes place on Friday, October 4 at 6:00 p.m. in the Waynesville Park (216 Olive Street). Chip timed with a flat and fast out and back course. The 10k and Half Marathon start at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday (10/05) morning at East Elementary (1501 State Road F) in Waynesville and ends at the Waynesville Park. There will be shuttles to take you back to your car. You'll love going DOWN Frog Hill and catching a full view of our famous Frog Rock which is listed as one of the great things to see when visiting Missouri. And if you're looking for a challenge, run the Leapfrog 5k on Friday night, then the 10k or half on Saturday and receive a third medal for completing the Frog Hill Challenge!!! All of the races will lead you along the banks of the Roubidoux where you'll see the beautiful colors of fall in the Ozarks.

Packet Pickup for all races: Friday evening (10/04/24 from 2-5:30 in the Waynesville Park, race day pickup will be available on Saturday morning from 6:30-7:30 a.m.
Leapfrog 5K begins at 6:00 p.m. in the Waynesville Park.
Half Marathon begins on Saturday morning (10/05/24) at 8:00 a.m. behind East Elementary School.
10K begins on Saturday morning (10/05/24) at 8:10 a.m. behind East Elementary School.
Packet pickup will be in the FEMA shelter (1501 State Road F). Race will end in the Waynesville Park with shuttles to take you back to the start. Stay for the food and fun after you're done!!
